This is your opportunity to help Peggy Scott AND receive your $50 or $100 2009 Political Contribution Refund from the State of Minnesota

Within 48 hours of making your donation, you will receive an email requesting information that is required by the Minnesota Campaign Finance Board including your address and employer. Donations are limited to $500 per person in an election year (even numbered year) or $100 per person in a non-election year (odd numbered year).
The 2009 Political Contribution Refund program will refund the first $50 per person (or $100 per couple) donation made in 2009. Please see information below.

Make a contribution by check: Write a check payable to Scott for MN House Committee. Donations are limited to $500 per person. All checks must be personal, and not a company check.

2009 Political Contribution Refund
For all donations, you will receive a contribution receipt, a refund application and a pre-addressed envelope to apply for your refund from the Scott for MN House Committee campaign.

Mail your contribution receipt and the refund application to the Minnesota Department of Revenue. **A refund check will be sent to you by mail.

**An individual or married couple may file only ONE application for each calendar year in which contributions were made! An individual must save all Political contribution receipts (Form EP-3's) and file them together to claim their maximum refund. You may apply for your refund at any time, but no later than April 15, 2010, for your 2009 contribution.
